2011 Kawasaki KXF250

Fuel injected, modified ports, piston, clutch and ECU mapping. This is a continual program with our British and European championship team, development and improvement of the machine never stops.

2010 Honda CRF250

Race prepared and tuned during the 2010 season in the BYMX, MXY2 and selected British Masters rounds. High Compression ratio, modified fuel / ignition, ported head & hinson clutch components.

Honda CRF150R

CRF 150 right hand cover being modified so as clutches can be changed without removal of the entire cover and having to drain the coolant The completed cover fitted to the engine, really enhances the look and is so much more practical for clutch inspections etc.

Yamaha YZ125 2009

Left-hand crankcase, modified after output shaft bearing failed. An ally seal housing was machined 2009 YZ125 used at the Junior World Championships in France 2010.
