Our 3D printing service focuses on practical, workshop-ready parts designed for real-world use. From engine assembly tools to storage solutions and protective components, each item is designed and produced in-house with durability and functionality in mind.
Alongside our standard product range, we also offer bespoke 3D printing to suit specific requirements, whether that’s modifying an existing design or creating something entirely new.

Valve Train assembly tray
Used for safe storage of all cylinder head internals during rebuild. Although these are for single cylinder motocross engines with a maximum valve stem diameter of 6mm, the design can be modified to suit individual requirements, ie bigger stems, springs, etc.
Very sturdy design, with deep compartments to retain parts securely.

Piston height gauge
Used to set piston / cylinder deck height, works with most mx engines from 50 to 250cc, comes complete with digital DTI and fully user instructions.

Map and start switch pressure wash covers
